Breath therapy involves inducing a modified state of consciousness by modifying the breath. This induction is supported by music.
These states of expanded consciousness provide access to different types of therapeutic experience (awareness, realisation, emotional release, etc.).
This therapy is inspired by holotropic breathing, developed by the psychiatrist and founder of transpersonal psychology, Stanislav Grof.
In practical terms?
Sessions last 1h30.
They take place in the office.
Sessions are held as and when required.
Bring comfortable clothes and try, as much as possible, not to plananything afterwards.
